Healthy meals for busy birds !
The children have busy days and burn a lot of energy. They need good healthy sustenance to keep them going ! We have taken great care in selecting a local caterer: Revolution Food Sàrl based in nearby Geneva (website in French only). On 12th December 2017 our school and caterer jointly received the « Fourchette Verte – Ama Terra » label – a guarantee for healthy and balanced meals following strict guidelines.
All our meals are 100% vegetarian
- They are certified by two quality food labels fourchette verte – ama terra (in French only) and GRTA (in English)
- All the food products used are either organically farmed or contain no additives, colouring or preservatives
- All their meals are guaranteed « homemade » and offer absolute freshness and quality thanks to their preparation shortly before delivery
- Sourced from local farmers who respect the environment, by maintaining an ecological balance in their farming processes
- Produced with an eco initiative to reduce waste in their own production and delivery processes
- They received the 2017 award from the IDDEA Association in Geneva (Ideas for sustainable development for future enterprises
- Guaranteed to have “homemade” freshness and quality thanks to their preparation shortly before delivery
School Calendar
The holiday calendar at Little Birds is based on that of the public schools for the Canton of Geneva, with exceptions at the start of term, before the Christmas/New Year, the Easter holidays, Ascension and Pentecost
Enrollment Procedure
To enroll your child into the Children’s House for the 2024-2025 school year, he/she must be 3 years of age by 31st December, 2024 according to the regulations of the School Authorities of Geneva.
